Description
Ex-military;
demobbed in 2013 with three owners since; only 73,730 miles indicated;
nice original condition with military-spec upgrades; driven to the
sale
First registered for military use in May 1992, we are told that
this Defender 90 2.5 diesel served with the RAF as an airfield support vehicle
until 2013 when it was demobbed for civilian use in November of that year.
At this point it was showing 106,300 kms on the clock, a total which has
since risen to 118,657kms (73,700 miles) in the hands of three civilian owners.
Driven to the sale from Hereford, it has an MOT until July 2025 with
just one advisory (‘steering box leaking oil’) and has been starting promptly
and driving nicely as we have moved it around on site. Although it comes with
very little history, we do have a current V5C and a hand-written note giving
some details on the vehicle.
As you can see in the photos, this Wolf
looks to be in unusually good condition for its age and is in nicely original
spec with no tacky modifications. As an ex-military vehicle, it has upgraded
axles and brakes, six-way light switch, Nato tow hitch and Wolf wheels.
Altogether a very handy bit of kit to have around.
