1930 Morris 'Cammy' Minor Saloon
On offer from
a deceased's estate; a very nice example which just needs a new owner; ohc
engine with range-topping Morris 'Coachbuilt' Saloon
bodywork
This appealing Minor was purchased by the vendor's late
father in 2018 from Sussex Classics Ltd. It looks to be an older restoration and
everything appears present and correct.
The engine hasn't run for a
little while, but turns over nicely on the handle and it shouldn't take much
more than a fresh battery and some new petrol to get motoring once
more.
This one comes with Morris' own bodywork, which they called the
'Coachbuilt' saloon. It has a nice swing back sunroof which works nicely and is
properly Vintage, having been built in 1930 which is nice too.
Ideally
suited for VSCC Light Car events, this little Cammy Minor looks great fun and
comes with an original 'Morris Cars for 1931' 48pp brochure which is nearly
worth the low estimate on its own....the change of ownership V5C has been
applied for and will be forwarded to the new owner when it arrives.
There is also a garage lubrication chart, some Morris club magazines and an
old MOT which expired in 2019 showing no advisories, so it was all up together
as recently as that.
